We start by understanding the candidate first to identify an ideal assignment for each individual. A recruiter, each of whom has more than 20 years of IT sourcing experience, reviews a resume to insure the candidate has the experience and technologies that meet our expectations, the recruiter will complete a thorough phone interview.
Upon successful completion of the phone interview candidates are tested on their technical capabilities or business knowledge by either one of our senior consultants or an online assessment requested by our client.
Once we have determined the candidate is a good fit we provide our client the resume and interview availability for the candidate.
The successful completion of background and reference screenings may be required for employment if requested by the client.
